LTD Stage Active Start · FUNdamentals

Physical literacy foundation. Basic locomotor skills, balance, agility, and coordination. Emphasis on fun and movement discovery. No early specialization.

Development

LTD Stage Learn to Train · Train to Train

Critical window for sport skill acquisition. Major aerobic and strength development. Skill refinement begins. Athletes commit to higher performance or recreational sport.
